As a cohort member, you will be supported to elevate into the next level of your work, influence and impact, as well as integrate a sustainable work rhythm that supports you to shift out of burnout and stressors and into balance and more supportive ways of working and managing a full life, so that you can experience sustainable success and wellbeing.

This is a supportive structure, in which you get to show up, be present, and allow what you learn and experience to support you in small ways and big ways to do things differently.It’s not another to-do or something you will have to ‘find time for.’

During our time together, our cohort sessions will be something you look forward to – they will become space to reset, refocus and connect for you. As a result, you’ll find that you’ll feel more empowered, equipped and supported to focus on what matters, and set a pace that works for you. In between our live sessions, you’ll receive support and guidance for bringing the practices and perspectives into your day-to-day as a way to explore, experiment, and elevate in real time.

What’s Included:

30 minute enrollment session with each member (Onboarding) prior to sessions starting.

Kick off Session (2 hours) – set the foundation, focus, goals and group.

Two Monthly Sessions for Four Months (First session is a learning session 90 minutes and second session is the presence practice 55 minutes) – specific focus each month, providing teachings, assessments and practices to apply and experiment with.

Mid-point leadership council– pause and reflect on what they’ve been learning, and how it applies to Coinbase

1:1 Growth partner pairing session, one per month (45 minutes) – each woman is paired with another woman in the program to check in monthly, share experiences and insight.

Individual Leadership Coaching Session (60 minutes) – integration sessions that give women 1:1 time to work with what’s emerging. (Link to Christine’s Calendly)

Completion Session (120 minutes- 2 hours) – to lock in the learning, acknowledge transformation, and to create a path for continued connection among participants.

Includes a library of assets that include welcome package, pre cohort survey, welcome document, assessments and take-away documents. We will also manage all communication throughout the cohort, sending out reminders, follow up emails and materials designed and branded with the RISE cohort branding.
