Willow Blythe-Carroll, an enrolled citizen of Muscogee (Creek) Nation, is an award-winning Indigenous storyteller, keynote speaker, and communications professional. As the founder and CEO of Weaving Wisdom, Willow uplifts and inspires leaders and their communities through leadership development guiding them at all stages in their journeys to embrace authenticity, find their voice, drive positive change within their own communities, and build an impactful leadership legacy. She has shared her voice and story with thousands of leaders across various industries in Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, educational institutions, and beyond supporting events, programs, and initiatives that have gained local, national, and international exposure and impact.
