An author and sought-after speaker, Thresette inspires leaders to create a mindset and voice for sustainable high performance. She is the Founder and Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3 (P3), a city, state, and national certified minority and women’s business enterprise and leadership development firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, with offices in Roanoke, Virginia.

The P3 team believes every leader can be high performing with the right opportunity and the right culture, and helps executives, mid-level, and emerging leaders accelerate both through keynotes, training and facilitation, and coaching services delivered for conferences, leadership meetings, learning series, retreats and strategic planning, and voice talent.

Thresette holds multiple professional certifications, awards, and honors such as the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) National Board, Great Lakes Women’s Business Council Volunteer Award of Distinction, and Starkey Entrepreneurial Woman Finalist. She is an author in the upcoming book collaboration, The Sacred Promise, an Anthology compiled by Dr. Tererai Trent.

Thresette received her BBA from Wichita State University, her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and owns two services registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
