Heather's background in corporate America showcases her talents in Sales, Marketing and Leadership. At 21 years old Heather was named the #1 salesperson for Gallo Wines Commonwealth winery division. Heather accepted an equity partnership at 24 years old where she led a team of 200 employees to accelerate revenues delivering a successful sale of the company while more than doubling the purchase price from 27M to 55M.
Next, she entered Corporate America via the media business and pitched herself for and was awarded the VP of Sales Title for the company. Heather grew the organization over a 14-year period where she was advanced to Executive Vice President and eventually Chief Revenue Officer. As CRO, Heather doubled the company's revenues while leading the acquisition and successful integration of Greater Media. Heather managed and raised hundreds of millions of dollars a year during her time in corporate America while leading and mentoring over one thousand employees across her sales division.
In 2017, Heather was named one of the Most Influential Women in Radio. After her unexpected termination in August 2017, Heather launched her own company and wrote her first book entitled Confidence Creator. Confidence Creator launched #1 in Business Motivation and Business Biographies as well as #1 in Personal Transformation on the Amazon Best Seller list. Thrive Global named her a Limit Breaking Female Founder in 2018.
