Graciela Monteagudo is a nationally recognized Board Director, former CEO, global marketer, engineer, immigrant and a passionate advocate for the advancement of women and Latin-X in the US. Over the course of her career, Graciela has gone from being one of the few female engineers in Mexico to turning into one of a few women and Latino executives in charge of multibillion-dollar businesses in the US and abroad, recently becoming one of the very few Latinas serving on Public Company Boards.
Graciela was born in Mexico City and immigrated to the US to continue her Executive career with her husband and twin children. Over her 30-year executive career, she worked for Fortune 500 companies achieving high level positions with multibillion P&L responsibility in the US and Internationally. She currently serves as Director on three Public Company Boards and was included in the 2022 National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship 100 list of the most influential directors. She has also been recognized by WomenInc. Magazine as one of the 2019 Most Influential Corporate Directors and by Hispanic Executive Magazine for the 2020 Best of the Boardroom issue.
Throughout her professional life, Graciela has been able to lead through change and uncertainty, successfully managing complex businesses in the US and abroad. As an immigrant woman from a minority background, she was able to overcome adversity and thrive in the United States. Nevertheless, she considers her most important achievement to be able to deliver results and boost her career while successfully balancing and prioritizing her family’s needs.
