Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are vital in fostering a sense of belonging within a company. However, many organizations struggle to fully understand how to create and measure this belonging effectively.

We can help you design and facilitate a summit that will connect, inspire, and transform the way your ERGs operate.

What better opportunity than an in-person gathering to re-examine their purpose, people, processes, and plans? By utilizing this time together, you can unite and enhance how your ERGs function, ensuring they make a meaningful impact on your company’s culture and community.

Our Process:

    1. Understanding Your Current Ecosystem and ERGs
We begin by gaining a thorough understanding of your organization’s mission and objectives. We also assess how the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) fit into your organization, examining their roles, operations, purposes, missions, and whether they engage in cross-collaboration.

Co-Creating the Structure of the Agenda
With a deeper understanding of what needs to change, be accomplished, or clarified, we collaborate with you to design a structure that meets those desired outcomes.

    3. Summit Time!
We will be there in person to support and co-facilitate for a maximum of two days.

What ERG leads from past summits have said about the summit format:
“This was the most impactful summit I’ve ever attended.”
“I felt energized, connected, and clear on how to integrate and promote belonging.”
“The sessions were structured perfectly, flowing seamlessly to guide us to our goals.”
