Ruth Rathblott

Leader who is passionate about transforming and leading organizations to achieve their maximal impact and visibility. Born with a limb difference and having over 25 years’ experience as a leader in the non-profit sector, I’m an expert on the issues of inclusion and diversity.

Receiver of the Trailblazer Award from the Community Resource Exchange and the Unsung Hero Award from the Female Founders Alliance. Received the Certification from the American Management Association in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and am certified in Myers-Briggs.

Lola Adeyemo

Lola Adeyemo is a TEDx speaker, workshop facilitator, consultant, and resourceful leader who believes in and actively promotes inclusive leadership and advocates for employee engagement in the workforce. A scientist by discipline, her corporate work experiences have cut across global organizations in the biotechnology and life sciences industries before moving into entrepreneurship.

Lola is working towards her business doctorate with a dissertation focused on solutions to organizational leadership challenges. Adeyemo is the founder and CEO of EQI Mindset, a management consulting company focused on Team and Employee Resource Group optimization, and the founder of the non-profit Immigrants in Corporate Inc.

Her podcast “The Immigrants in Corporate Podcast” and her recent book “Thriving in Intersectionality: Immigrants, Belonging, and Corporate America” supports the non-profit mission and explores being an immigrant and its intersection with other under-represented identities within the corporate work culture in America. Adeyemo serves on the board of Girls Inc. of San Diego County and supports a few other organizations aligned with her passion.

Erin Gallagher
Erin is the CEO + Founder of Ella: an inclusive network unlocking women’s access to human and financial capital. She is a 2022 Fast Company World’s Most Innovative Recipient + LinkedIn Top 100 Creator.
