In recent years diversity, equity and inclusion have become a part of not only our conversation but our agenda around the world.
Businesses are not far behind; most companies are working hard every year to create DEI programs that improve the culture, engagement and diversity of their employees.
We all know that there is a business case for DEI and companies that are not prioritizing it and allocating resources for it are at risk of not only losing their best diverse talent, but their customers as well.
As you prepare your strategy and agenda for the following year, it’s important to be inclusive of diversity observance months, cultural events, religious holidays and celebrations.
